PRESCOTT, AZ - EnFlex announced the availability of its EnFlex network connectivity and Web enablement solution for the Trane Tracer 100 building automation system. The capabilities of the EnFlex-Tracer 100 control server product allow installations having Tracer products to be Web enabled and connected via the Internet to enterprise reporting systems. Complete read/write and scheduling capabilities are included in this driver. EnFlex continues to provide system integrators and energy services companies with cost effective tools to enable the exchange of data between energy management systems (EMS) and enterprise information systems.

EnFlex EMS device drivers allow for remote control, monitoring, alarming, and management of the EMS via the Internet and private Intranets. With the addition of the Tracer 100 driver to its library of device drivers, EnFlex provides connectivity to an ever-growing number of installed energy management systems. Today EnFlex can facilitate connections to over 280,000 existing legacy EMS and will extend these capabilities to over 90% of existing systems in the coming months.

EnFlex software features an open architecture based on the Linux operating system. A versatile application programming interface allows existing enterprise applications to communicate to the EnFlex control server, and, in turn, with the existing EMS as well as other installed meters and systems. An embedded scripting language also allows the creation of unique monitoring and control solutions for facility management applications. EnFlex has an easy-to-use graphical user interface and many built-in common facility monitoring and control applications.

EnFlex Corp. has been providing connectivity solutions to EMS, generators, and meters for over 9 years. For more information visit their Web site at www.enflex.net.
