Opto 22 Introduces OptoTerminal-G70™
Company Offers Ethernet-enabled Operator Interface for use with SNAP Ethernet
I/O™ and SNAP Ultimate I/O™ Systems
Temecula, CA - Opto 22, a developer and manufacturer of I/O systems for data acquisition and control has announced the release of the OptoTerminal-G70, a graphics-based operator interface for use with the company's SNAP Ethernet I/O and SNAP Ultimate I/O systems.
The OptoTerminal-G70 is a 21 x 16 cm (8.3 x 6.3 inch) mountable display terminal with a standard Ethernet port. Other features include a 14cm diagonal (5.5 inch), 320 x 240 pixel, color touch screen; soft keys; and programmable speaker. The terminal is used to send commands and receive real-time data from plant floor equipment and other real world devices connected to Opto 22 hardware for the purposes of automation, data acquisition, remote monitoring, and control.
